Assessment of steep slopes, landslides, rockfall, erosion and other terrain hazards that may affect development. Services include terrain stability assessment, development reviews, risk evaluation and practical mitigation recommendations.

3 | Onsite Septic Systems

Site assessment, soil evaluation, onsite wastewater system design, permitting support and construction review for residential and commercial properties. OCTO provides engineering support from initial site evaluation through design and construction review.

4 | Materials Testing & Construction QA/QC
